01What can you help us with?
I can help get a product ready for launch, make a complicated offer easier to understand or give your team a hand with the design. That might mean an identity, packaging, a website, sales materials or a campaign. Tell me what needs doing and we’ll work out the right approach.
02Are you a studio or an agency?
Now Then Design is my independent design studio. You’ll work with me, Paul, on both the thinking and the design. When a project needs specialist skills, I bring in people I trust.
03Who will we work with?
Me, Paul, from the first conversation to final delivery. If I bring in a specialist, I’ll stay responsible for the direction, the quality and keeping you up to date.
04How does ongoing design support work?
We’ll agree the priorities and keep a shared list of what needs doing. I focus on one main task at a time, with regular check-ins so we can adjust the list as your business needs change. The scope and timing are agreed around your needs.
05Can we start with one project?
Yes. We can start with a clearly scoped project, whether that’s a new identity, a website or getting ready for launch. If you need more help afterwards, we can talk about ongoing support.
06Do you use AI?
Yes, where it helps with research, production or getting work done more efficiently. I’m responsible for the ideas, the design and the final decisions. You’re working with me throughout.
